Welcome to Wonderific Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Wonderific Labs is a New Zealand based business creating screen-free science activity packs for preschoolers and early learners. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Use of Our Site

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site
• Use the site in a way that infringes anyone else's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems

Our products are designed for use with children under adult supervision, but purchases are made by adults. By ordering, you confirm you're old enough to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country of residence.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable
• We take reasonable care to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, before an order is shipped or a digital file delivered
• Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed

4. Orders and Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this happens, you'll be notified and refunded in full

5. Shipping and Delivery

See our Shipping FAQ for current delivery timeframes and costs. We ship physical orders throughout New Zealand and internationally where noted on our site.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your physical pack within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original condition.

If you'd like to swap for a different pack, simply return your original pack first before purchasing the new one.

Because digital packs are available for immediate download, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once the files have been downloaded, unless the files are faulty or corrupted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and within our products, including but not limited to activity designs, illustrations, written content, and branding, is owned by Wonderific Labs and protected by copyright.

Physical packs

Once purchased, you're welcome to use your physical pack freely for personal or classroom use. The content itself remains our intellectual property.

Digital packs

A digital purchase grants you a licence for personal, single-household use (or single-classroom use, for educators), including printing for that use. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, posted online, or used for any commercial purpose. Please don't share digital files with other households, classrooms, or online groups; if a friend or colleague would like a copy, we'd love for them to purchase their own.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our activities are designed to be used with common household materials, under adult supervision, and in line with the safety guidance provided in each pack (see the "Before You Explore" page included in every pack). Wonderific Labs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of our products where guidance or supervision requirements have not been followed.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
